• Using a 5 step Balance process, you:

• Prepare your brain/body system for learning
• Set a goal that reflects what you want to change/improve
• Do pre-activities that demonstrate where you are now in relation to the goal
• Learn, at the brain/body level, through Brain Gym and Educational Kinesiology
• Do post-activities that anchor/demonstrate the changes you just made
