Registration

Please register by printing and mailing this form along with full payment (check or money order) to The Michigan Brain Gym® Consortium, no later than one week prior to the class start date. We will confirm your registration and provide logistical information with a letter or call. Class size is limited so please register early. Note: There are no refunds. You may however apply the tuition to any of our classes (for which you are eligible) within one year of your cancellation.
